Recently,
South
star
Aishwarya
Rajesh
made
the
headlines
when
she
was
taking
part
in
the
promotional
activity
of
her
recent
movie,
Farhaana.
In
the
event,
she
spoke
about
the
movie
Pushpa
and
Rashmika
Mandanna's
role
as
Srivalli
in
it.
She
said
that
she
would
have
gladly
accepted
the
offer
had
she
been
offered
to
play
it,
and
spoke
about
Rashmika's
role
in
the
movie.
A
section
of
media
reported
that
she
said
she
would've
been
better
for
the
role
than
Rashmika
in
the
movie
and
it
stirred
up
a
controversy.
Several
media
reports
started
coming
in
stating
that
she
was
putting
down
Rashmika
Mandanna
in
the
movie.
Now,
Aishwarya
Rajesh
has
clarified
the
whole
issue
by
issuing
another
statement.
She
said,
"My
statement
was
misunderstood.
I
only
said
that
I
liked
the
role
of
Srivalli
in
Pushpa
and
I
would
have
taken
it
up
had
I
been
given
the
opportunity.
I
never
meant
to
say
that
I
would
have
been
better
than
Rashmika.
I
admire
her
hard
work
and
I
am
myself
a
fan
of
Rashmika
Mandanna."
This
now
clears
the
air
as
it
was
becoming
a
topic
of
discussion
on
several
social
media
platforms.
