Amid Rumors Trisha Krishnan Opens up About Her Marriage For The First Time

Trisha Krishnan is one of the most popular actors in India. After the release of Ponniyin Selvan 1, she received a pan Indian fame. Now, the team of historical fiction is busy with the promotion of the franchise's second instalment. Trisha, who has been actively taking part in promotional activities, attended an event, where fans asked her about her marriage plans.

Answering her fans' question, the Something Something actor stated that she has no plans to think about her marriage as she has her plate full with a lineup of important movies. This puts an end to the ongoing rumours about her wedding. To recall, one AL Surya recently said that he and Trisha would tie the knot in November this year. This response from Trisha has slammed down all the rumours about her wedding.

On the acting front, Trisha will be next seen in Ponniyin Selvan 2, which is gearing up for release on April 28. The Mani Ratnam directorial stars an ensemble of actors including the likes of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Jayam Ravi, Karthi, and Chiyaan Vikram in the lead roles along with Trisha. She will be seen playing the role of the Chola queen, Kundhavai. The first part of the movie was released on September 30, 2022 and it turned out to be a blockbuster. So, anticipations are high on the second part, too.

Trisha also has another Tamil movie in her pipeline titled Leo. Co-led by Thalapathy Vijay, the film is helmed by acclaimed filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj. This film will see the reunion of Trisha and Vijay after years. Together, the duo has given several successful ventures such as Ghilli, Kuruvi, Thirupachi, and Aadhi. Trisha also has several other movies including the Malayalam film Ram, in which she will be sharing the screen space with megastar Mohanlal.
