Blue Shirt Maran, who had trolled Pathu Thala, praised director Vethimaran's film Viduthalai Part 1 on the other hand. He said in his review, "Viduthalai is a quality film in Tamil cinema and Soori has proved himself as a hero in the first film." Fans were surprised to see that Blue Sattai Maran giving a complete positive review after a long time for the film Viduthalai Part 1.
