Bomman & Bellie Accuses The Elephant Whisperers Director Kartiki Gonsalves: Bomman Belli's allegation against the director of the Oscar-winning documentary is currently causing a stir on social media.

Two baby elephants, Bommi and Raghu, are being cared for at the Theppakadu breeding elephant camp in Mudhumalai. The two elephants were brought to Theppakadu Elephant Camp when they were only a few months old.

Bomman and his wife Belli raised these baby elephants. The Elephant Whisperers is a documentary about 'How do they take care of these baby elephants? How do you love an elephant?' The film was released on Netflix in 2022. This film was directed by Karthiki Gonsalves and it was well received by the fans.

Did Kartiki Gonsalves Cheated Bomman & Bellie's Money?

This film The Elephant Whisperers has the honor of being India's first Oscar winning film. Many celebrities and fans congratulated the director of the film. Both Bomman and Belli were interviewed in many leading media portals this regard. Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Stalin also called the couple and honored them by giving a check of 1 lakh.

Later, another event was held in Mumbai to appreciate them. Even recently, the President met them in person and praised them. In this situation, the complaint filed by Bomman-Belli against the director of this film is currently creating a sensation in the social media.

That is, director Karthiki Gonsalves, has taken money from the Bomman-Belli couple for the wedding scenes in the documentry. But she did not give it back to them and also did not give a proper answer when the couple contacted Karthiki on her mobile phone in this regard.

So both Bomman and Belli made accusations against Karthiki Gonsalves. A notice has also been sent to her. But it has been said in the court that Karthiki Gonsalves is threatening them.

"They were friendly while making the documentary and now they cheated us. Karthik's claims in interviews that she has made arrangements to buy a house, car and deposit cash in our bank account are not true. Everything is lie. And while filming a scene in The Elephant Whisperers that featured a wedding ceremony, she was not paid by the production side.

She immediately asked us for help. We had some money in the post office for my granddaughter's education. We took it and helped Karthiki Gonsalves to take the shot. We have not received the money till date.

She took us to Bombay with the Oscars and made us participate in a function. No one took care of us after taking photos at the event. Then we came to Tamil Nadu with the help of someone else. So far Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin is the only one who has paid one lakh rupees. No one else does anything. Karthiki said that she will send my granddaughter to a good school. But it will not be done." says Bomman and Bellie to a leading media portal.

Netizens are requsting the government to help the couple, who were celebrated when they won the Oscars, and now left in dire straits.
