Chandramukhi 2: Oscar Award Winner MM Keeravani REVIEWS; Say, 'Two Months Of Sleepless Nights & Fear Of Death'

Chandramukhi 2 is the upcoming Tamil comedy-horror film starring Kangana Ranaut and Raghava Lawrence, under the direction of P Vasu. The movie is likely to release worldwide on September 19.

The movie is dubbed as a sequel to the 2005's super hit movie starring Rajinikanth, Prabhu, Jyothika, and Nayanthara. Chadramukhi set industry records back then and it was rumoured that Rajinikanth received the highest remuneration as the protagonist at that time by taking Rs 40 Crore.

P Vasu helmed Chandramukhi, which is an official remake of the Malayalam film Manichitrathazhu (1993). It was made in Kannada as Apthamitra in 2004 before Rajinikanth-starrer hit the screens in Tamil and Telugu.

Keeravani mentioned his friends Kannada composer Gurukiran and Kollywood composer Vidyasagar in his tweet.

His tweet now raised the expectations and bar for the film, which already had a great platform and market owing to the collaboration of P Vasu, Kangana Ranaut, and Raghava Lawrence.
