Ethirneechal Marimuthu's Son Speaks About Astologer's Curse: Actor Marimuthu's son spoke to the media after his father's cremation. He also answered to the questions about the astrologer's curse to his father in the debate show.

Cremation Ceremony At Marimuthu's Village

Marimuthu (57) comes from Pasumalaitheri village near Varushanadu in Theni district. He worked as an assistant director for Seeman, Mani Ratnam, Vasanth and SJ Surya. He is also famous for acting in various movies and TV serials. Marimuthu, who was living with his family in Chennai, died of a heart attack yesterday. His body was brought to his hometown Theni in the evening after the final homage by various film celebrities in his Chennai Virugambakkam house.

When his body reached the Theni district border at 3 am today, a large number of people who were waiting there paid tribute to Marimuthu's body. He was then taken to his village Pasumalaitheri. A large number of people stood on both sides of the road and paid tearful tributes to him.

Marimuthu's body was placed in front of his house at 6 o'clock. At that time, the relatives and neighbors gathered there burst into tears and cried. People from different parts of Tamil Nadu also went to his village and paid their respects for the great actor. In this case, actor Marimuthu's body was taken in a procession from his residence and cremated.

Marimuthu Son Says No To Superstitions

When Marimuthu participated in the program Tamizha Tamizha, he said "The reason why India has become such a mess is because of astrologers and those who believe in astrology". It caused quite a stir at the time. Similarly, he shouted at the astrologers who participated in that program during a heated up arguement. But later in the show, Marimuthu apologized for do so in an emotional way.

Some people are now saying that Marimuthu's suddent death was due to the astrologer's curse on the TV debate show. In such a situation, Actor Marimuthu's son has talked about it in an interview to a leading media portal after his father's cremation.

He said,"My father has taught me many things and left. He will ask us to be progressive in any work. He always says that no superstition should be accepted. He has said that nothing should be done on a grand scale even at the funerals. I will fulfill all his dreams and desires. We will adhere to his words. Similarly, it is a superstition to say that astrologers curse is the reason for my father's death. We will not believe that either."
