Fans Go Berserk As Thalapathy Vijay Joins Instagram; Posts A Picture Of His New Look From Upcoming Film Leo!

Tamil superstar Thalapathy Vijay aka Joseph Vijay joined one of the most used social media sites-Instagram- on the evening of April 2. The actor uploaded a picture of himself as his first post on Instagram. The picture was taken on the sets of Leo, going by the looks of it. Within two hours of his social media debut, the actor secured 1 Million followers.

The image was uploaded at about 4 pm on April 2, and within an hour, it gained 1.1 million likes and 1,35,000 comments under it.

Thalapathy Vijay enthralled his fans recently for the Pongal season with 'Varisu.' The movie, which marks Vijay's debut in Telugu cinema was written and directed by Vamshi Paidipally. The movie was a successful venture in Tamil but didn't manage to become a blockbuster success in Telugu.

Vijay's Work Front

The actor is currently filming for Lokesh Kanagaraj's directorial Leo. The movie marks the second collaboration of Lokesh and Vijay. The film stars Trisha as the female lead, bringing the duo together with Vijay after almost a decade, much to the excitement of the onscreen couple fans'.

Leo is co-written by Rathna Kumar and Deeraj Vaidy. SS Lalit Kumar and Jagadish Palanisamy are producing the movie under the Seven Screen Studio banner. Manoj Paramahamsa is cranking the camera and Philomin Raj is on board as the film's editor. Musician Anirudh Ravichander is composing the film's entire soundtrack.
