Gautham Vasudev Menon Insulted Silambarasan TR? It has been reported that there was a conflict between director Gautham Vasudev Menon and actor Silambarasan TR. Rumours about this are spreading in Kollywood circle now.

Gautham Menon, a famous director of Tamil cinema, has directed many hit films. Vinnaithandi Varuaya film was released in Simbu - Gautham Menon alliance in 2010 and it was a big hit. After this, they also gave hits together in the films Acham Enbathu Madamaiyada and Vendhu Thaninthathu Kaadu.

In this situation, it is sid that Gautham Menon has spoken to Simbu to do the second part of the film Vendhu Thaninthathu Kaadu. Then Simbu is said to have rejected Gautham Menon citing that he is currently acting in STR 48.

So, the director decided to make a film in Malayalam. It has been reported that Mammootty and Fahadh Basil are going to act together in this film. Also, it has created huge expectations in the Malayalam film industry.

Actor Gautham Menon Is Busy

Gautham Menon, who made his directorial debut with Minnale, is now busy acting in many films. Simbu recently acted in Pathu Thala directed by Krishna. Gautham Menon also played a charcater role in it. However, there were no combination scenes between the two. Even this is said to be due to the conflict between Simbu and Gautham.

Sources says that Gautham spoke to Simbu frankly about his choice of films as both of them were close friends. But Simbu feels that he has been disrespected. Also, Simbu jokingly said that Gautham won't have time to direct the second part of Vendhu Thaninthathu Kaadu as he is busy in acting.

However, Gautham Menon, who was still waiting patiently, did not get a proper response from Simbu. So, Gautham is ready to direct a film in Malayalam. It is expected that the update of Gautham Menon's Malayalam film will be released soon and the shooting will start next year. Gautham Menon is currently acting in Mammootty's Bazooka.
