Karthi's Japan Based On Thiruvarur Murugan Story? It has been reported that Karthi's Japan film is being made based on the real life story of Thiruvarur Murugan, who was involved in serial robberies.

Ponniyin Selvan 1, Viruman and Sardaar released last year starring actor Karthi were huge hits. Ponniyin Selvan 2, released this year, has also received good response. Karthi is currently acting in the film Japan directed by Raju Murugan.

GV Prakash Kumar is composing the music for the Japan film. Anu Emmanuel plays the heroine. Produced by Dream Warriors Pictures, this film is being made in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam languages.

Who Is Thiruvarur Murugan?

In this situation, it has been reported that the Japan moive is being made based on the true story of Thiruvarur Murugan, a robber who was a serious challenge to the Southern State Police.

In the year 2019 at 2 AM in a jewelery shop in Trichy, miscreants broke a hole in the wall and looted jewelery worth Rs 13 crore. Police were stumped as the robbers did not leave any clues. Then Madhapuram Manikandan was caught in a vehicle search near Thiruvarur. Through him it was revealed that Thiruvarur Murugan was the one who did this incident at the jewelery shop.

Thiruvarur Murugan, along with his accomplices, has been involved in many robberies in the states of Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala and Karnataka. He was caught only once in Karnataka. It is said that the Tamil Nadu Police formed a special force more than 50 times but could not catch Murugan.

Everyone came to know about him only after the Trichy jewelery shop robbery. Thiruvarur Murugan and his accomplices have been involved in robberies in southern states with the help of walkie-talkie in a modern way except cell phones. It is said that more than 100 crores have been looted so far.

They looted in each state and fled to the next state without being caught by the police. They will select an area and post notices from house to house. If the notice is not removed from any house after 2 days, they will know that the house is unoccupied and they will commit robbery. Thiruvarur Murugan is the mastermind behind most of the robberies.
