Rajinikanth's Comeback Film Rule Box Office

Jailer, which was released as a Pan India film in several languages, has received a good reception across the world. Rajinikanth fans are celebrating the film at the movie theatres on repeat mode.

Jailer movie was released last week on August 10th is running successfully across the globe. It is definitely a comeback film for Superstar Rajinikanth as expected by the fans. Produced by Sun Pictures under the direction of Nelson Dilipkumar, Anirudh Ravichander has composed the music for Jailer.

Fans have opined that Jailer is a well executed commercial film that satisfies Rajini fans. Tamannaah, Ramya Krishnan, Mohanlal, Shiva Rajkumar, Vasanth Ravi, Yogi Babu, Jackie Shroff, Vinayakan and many others have acted along with Rajinikanth in this film.

300 Crores In Just 4 Days

However, Kannada superstar Shiva Rajkumar's entry scene has given the fans a whole new vibe. Similarly, Mohanlal's scenes are also celebrated by fans. In this case, Jailer collected up to 12 crores before the release of the film through pre-booking. Also, it is said to have collected up to 60 crore worldwide on the first day. On the second day, Jailer's collection crossed 100 crore rupees.

The tickets for Jailer were completely sold out on Saturday being the third day and box office sources said that it collected Rs 40 to 50 crores. In this case, on the 4th day yesterday (Sunday), it has collected 35 crore rupees in India alone. The collection in Tamil Nadu is said to be Rs 24 crore yesterday (Sunday). As a result, Jailer's collection has crossed Rs 200 crore in India alone during the first four days, according to box office sources.

However, some film critics are saying that it may have collected 250 to 300 crores worldwide. However, no official announcement has been made by Sun Pictures regarding this. At the same time tomorrow (August 15) is a holiday so it is expected that the Jailer collection will increase further and it will cross the Rs 300 crore mark.
