Jailer is said to have collected 416 crore rupees worldwide so far. Earlier Kamal Haasan starrer Vikram directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj has collected 410 crore rupees worldwide. But Jailer is said to have smashed the lifetime collection of that film in just one week. Hearing this, the fans are commenting that Thalaivar Rajinikanth is the only superstar in Indian cinema. It is expected that the official box office report will be released soon from Sun Pictures as it has been a week since the release of the film.
