Karthi, who is one of the biggest Tamil stars, has never missed out on a chance to impress the audience with the acting prowess. The handsome hunk has given several hit movies to the audience and now he is making headlines for his recent release. We are talking about Japan which also stars Anu Emmanuel, Sunil, S. D. Vijay Milton and K. S. Ravikumar.

Helmed by Raju Murugan, Japan happens to be a heist action comedy film and has managed to create substantial buzz around it. From posters to trailers, everything has managed to keep the audience intrigued. And while Japan has been witnessing a box office clash with Karthik Subbaraj's Jigarthanda DoubleX, the social media is abuzz with tweets regarding this Karthi starrer revealing what is good and what is bad in the film

Taking to the micro-blogging site Twitter (now X), Japan has several loopholes and is said to have a weak screenplay and direction. In fact, a section of netizens have also called the movie as Karthi's worst film so far. The audience also felt that the flashback segment was a little dragged. What Is Good In Japan?

On the other hand, another second of the audience is all praises for Karthi starrer. One of the Twitter users commented, "If there karthi in a movie, entertainment is sure shot guaranteed.. When he narrated the script to me, I realised I had to change the way I look and speak. Japan is the story of a thief who had a unique approach to life and interesting outlook towards society. The film may look like an entertainer, but it is an emotional ride and will make you think".
