Produced by Dr. Muruganandam Veeraragavan and Dr. Shanmugapriya Muruganandam on behalf of Sakthi Cine Productions, the film has been made into a commercial film with the background of Karagaattam mixed with comedy. Cinematography is handled by Vinod Gandhi and music for the film is composed by Henry.
