She said, "Why are you all so fixated about my wedding and why do you want me to get married so desperately? When I plan about my wedding, I myself will come up and announce about it. There is no need to ask me the question all the time."

This response puts this clear that she does not have any plans to get married soon. This also clears the air about all the ongoing speculations about her marriage. Meanwhile, she recently made the headlines when she went to Tirumala Tirupathi with her family, where she said she would rather speak in Telugu when in Telugu speaking state than in Tamil when journalist asked her to speak in Tamil.

She is presently busy with yet another Telugu film titled Bhoala Shankar, which has megastar Chiranjeevi as the male lead. The film is the official Telugu remake of the Tamil movie Veeram starring Ajith Kumar. It is reported that Keerthy will be seen playing as Chiranjeevi's sister in the actioner. The film is directed by Meher Ramesh and it will hit the marquee on August 11.
