Kolai To Sathiya Sodhanai: List Of Highly Expected Tamil Films In This Week's Release!

Kolai To Sathiya Sodhanai: Here is the list of Tamil films that are slated to hit the screens this week with good expectations among audience. Since Sivakarthikeyan's Maaveeran is running successfully, only three direct Tamil films are releasing in theatres this week.

Kolai

Directed by Balaji K Kumar, Kolai starring Vijay Antony in the lead role is slated to hit the screens on July 21. Participating in the event, actor Vijay Antony said, "It is a happy thing that Balaji Kumar is directing a film in Tamil after many years. The film has come out well."

Following the massive success of Pichaikaran 2, Vijay Antony's Kolai is produced by Infinity Film Ventures and Lotus Pictures. The film is directed by Balaji Kumar and stars Rithvika Singh, Radhika Sarathkumar, Murali Sharma, Siddhartha Shankar, Kishore Kumar, John Vijay, Arjun Chidambaram and Samkit Bohra in prominent roles.

Sathiya Sodhanai

Suresh Sangaiah, who made his directorial debut in the film Oru Kidayin Karunai Manu, has now made a re-entry with the film Sathiya Sodhanai after a long break. Premji played the lead role in this film.

The trailer of the film Sathiya Sodhanai, which is made on a minimum budget, was released a few days ago. Like his first film Oru Kidayin Karunai Manu, Sathiya Sodhanai has also been praised for the different storyline. Famous film critic Cable Shankar who has posted about this film on his Facebook page, praised the film crew for their brilliant work.

Aneethi

Directed by Vasanthabalan, Aneethi will also release on July 21st. The trailer and songs of this film, which stars Arjun Das, Tushara Vijayan, Vanitha Vijayakumar and others, have been well received. Due to the failure of director Vasanthabalan's previous film Jail, the expectation for the film is not too good when compared to Vijay Antony's Kolai and Suresh Sangaiah's Sathiya Sodhanai.

Maamannan In OTT

Apart from these three above mentioned theatrical releases, Maamannan OTT release date is also announced recently. It will be released in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam languages on Netflix OTT on July 27, 2023. It is said that the OTT release date of Mamannan has been announced early due to the fact that Sivakarthikeyan's Maaveeran is occupying the theaters where Maamannan was running.
