Kulasamy Box Office Collection Day 2 Prediction: Another Disaster For Vimal!

Kulasamy Day 2 BO Collection: Vimal starrer Kulasamy miserably fails at the box office. The film which was made at an overall budget of 4 crores has collected only 6 lakhs on its first day. Considering the negative reviews, the second day collection is predicted as 4 lakhs.
First Action Thriller For Vimal
Kulasamy is the first action-thriller film for Vimal. His character of auto driver Surasangu is written with multiple personalities like being drunk all the time, shouting excessively when he gets angry, crying at times, and at other times, he doesn't know what to do. But, there is no personality in it that attracts us.
Vinothini who plays a medical college professor, Lavanya Manickam who plays a vulnerable medical college student, Keerthana who plays Vimal's younger sister, Bose Venkat who plays the role of a top police officer, director Sharavanashakti who plays the hero's uncle, director's son Surya who plays the cruel villain might got a good salary and did the work given to them. Among them only Lavanya Manickam attracts some attention.
Boring TV Serial Effect
Cinematographer 'Wide Angle' Ravi and editor Gopi Krishna have competed to make the movie Kulasamy as a boring TV serial as possible. In the first half, the editor has left us in a loop along with the police. There is no novelty in VM Mahalingam's songs and background music, so it is not enjoyable at all. Stunt master Kanal Kannan also tests us in the fight sequences. He has made Vimal fly like a bird.
Vijay Sethupathi's Dialogue
Actor Vijay Sethupathi's dialogue did not help the film in any way. Seems like he rented his name for the sake of friendship with Vimal and Saravana Shakthi. Dramatic dialogues, scenes that are not bold, characters that are not written strongly, the whole film does not stick anywhere. In the name of showing gruesome murders, the director makes us frown there as well.
Sexual exploitation in medical colleges is central to the story. It is commendable to introduce a real incident and a social problem in a commercial film! But the problem is that none of it is credible. The manner in which the scenes of sexual violence are depicted is also the height of absurdity.
Carelessness At Its Peak
At one point, the thriller film gives us a feel of spoof-comedy. A film that is made on four crores is struggling to collect even ten lakhs on its first day. This shows the absolute carelessness of the director Saravana Sakthi. Such film producers should concentrate more on the script selection atleast in future.
