Kutty Padmini: Srividya Went Into Depression When Kamal Haasan Loved Six Actresses At A Time; Married Vani!

It was only couple of days ago she made a revealation about how late Sridevi's mother used to administer wine and alcohol to make an young Sridevi fall asleep. Now, in another episode of her interaction, Kutty Padmini shared another interesting personal detail about Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan.

Kamal Haasan Was In Love With Six Actresses At A Time

Padmini revealed that Kamal Haasan was in love with six actresses at a time including Rekha, Jayasudha, Vani Ganapathi, and two others. But married Vani Ganapathi. His marriage had upset actress Sridevi and Srividya. Srividya loved Kamal Haasan dearly and was left in anguish.

Elaborating on the same, she said, Srividya genuinely loved him. She was a beautiful actress and her eyes stand out. She and Kamal are a popular on-screen jodi and eventually they developed feelings. Kamal was a charmer even back then and everybody like him if not, loved him.

When I was acting with Kamal for a Telugu film, he was in love with Vani. He even bought a gift for her at the airport. He was also linked to actress Rekha, who became a superstar in Bollywood, hailing from Madras. I informed this to Srividya directly, but she didn't believe, she added that could be the reason why he got the title of 'Sakalakala Vallavan.'

Meanwhile, after Kamal married Vani, Srividya was depressed and couldn't cope with the reality for a long time. She then married George. However, their marriage didn't last. Srividya then made a comeback to films.

Meanwhile Srividya, after retiring from films settled in Thiruvananthapuram and bequeathed all her property to a trust. She died due to Cancer.
