Leo now requires no introduction as the Thalapathy Vijay-Trisha starrer helmed by none other than Lokesh Knaagaraj has emerged into a mammoth force globally. The movie is hitting screens worldwide on October 19 for the Dussehra holiday season and has been setting trends.

The much-hyped project marks the comeback of the lead pair after 14 years. Lokesh Kanagaraj's directorial with Thalapathy, coupled with the phenomenal music renditions of Anirudh Ravichander, is carrying sky-high expectations.

The movie is beating its records with each passing hour and going by this trend, trade analysts and fans predict that LEO will become the first film for Thalapathy Vijay to earn Rs 100 Crore on the very first day of its release.

Tamil (2D)-Rs 228569230.26 from 1120492 tickets sold for 5876 shows.

Tamil (IMAX)- Rs 6375034.1 from 7750 tickets sold for as many as 40 shows.

Telugu (2D)- Rs 19420078 from about 135190 tickets sold for 939 shows.

Put together, the movie Leo's all-India Day 1 advance booking Gross is Rs 25.44 Crore, from a total of 1263432 tickets from 6855 shows.
