Leo Box Office Collection Day 19: Vijay’s Film Crosses 330Cr On 3rd Monday; Beats Rajinikanth’s Jailer

Thalapathy Vijay starrer Leo refused to slow down at the box office and continues with its winning roar even in the third week. The action thriller, which features Trisha Krishnan opposite Thalapathy Vijay along with Sanjay Dutt as the lead antagonist, has been one of the most anticipated releases of the year. And after a thunderous start at the box office, Leo has been achieving new milestones almost every day. In fact, it managed to cross Rs 300 crores in India in the second week and the third week has come with new achievement for this Lokesh Kanagaraj starrer. And now, Leo has managed top cross Rs 330 crores at the box office.

According to a report published in Sacnilk, Leo will be minting Rs 3.08 crores today (day 19/third Monday) which will be taking the overall collection of the movie to Rs 331.53 crores. If the reports turned out to be true, it will be beating the 19th day collection of Jailer by a small margin. For the uninitiated, Jailer had minted Rs 3.05 crores.

Meanwhile, Leo has been thriving at the worldwide box office as well. After all, it has managed to cross Rs 500 crores mark within six days of release. Reportedly, the movie has earned Rs 506.4 crores in six days worldwide and has emerged as the fastest Tamil film to achieve the milestone. Earlier, talking about this much anticipated Thalapthy Vijay starrer action thriller, Lokesh Kanagraj said, "Leo is a very special film for me. I have tried something experimental. I have no words to describe the amount of work that Vijay Anna put in for this movie. And I am eager to show everything to the audience".
