Leo Box Office Collection Day 8 Prediction: Vijay’s Film To See Lowest Earning; To Cross 275 Cr

Lokesh Kanagaraj has been one of the finest filmmakers in the country and there are no second thoughts about it. He has given several hit films Kaithi, Master, Vikram etc. And now, he is making headlines for his recent release Leo which marks his second collaboration with superstar Thalapathy Vijay after Master. Also starring Trisha Krishnan and Sanjay Dutt in the lead, Leo has been the recent addition to Lokesh Cinematic Universe (LCU)

Leo has been an action thriller which was said to be high on action sequences and VFX. Though the movie opened to average reviews, it has thrived at the box office. After an impressive start at the box office, Leo has been going strong throughout the first week. And now, after completing a week of release, Leo has witnessed a significant fall in collections. However, it continues to reach new milestones at the box office.

After witnessing around 50% fall in collections on day 7 (first Wednesday), Leo will witness a further fall today (day 8/second Wednesday) as it crosses Rs 275 crores. According to a report published in Sacnilk, Leo will be minting Rs 11.97 crores today which is the lowest collection of the movie since its release and will be taking the overall collection of the move to Rs 276.24 crores and is now inching towards Rs 300 crores

Meanwhile, Leo has been thriving at the worldwide box office as well. After all, it has managed to cross Rs 500 crores mark within six days of release. Reportedly, the movie has earned Rs 506.4 crores in six days worldwide and has emerged as the fastest Tamil film to achieve the milestone. Earlier, talking about this much anticipated Thalapthy Vijay starrer action thriller, Lokesh Kanagraj said, "Leo is a very special film for me. I have tried something experimental. I have no words to describe the amount of work that Vijay anna put in for this movie. And I am eager to show everything to the audience".
