Leo Box Office Collection Day 12 Prediction: Thalapathy Vijay’s Action Film To See Over 60% Drop On 2nd Monday

Thalapathy Vijay is over the moon these days and rightfully so. After all, the year 2023 has turned out to be quite happening for him. Post the success of Varisu, his recent release Leo has been doing wonders at the box office. Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, Leo has been an action thriller and comes with an interesting ensemble of cast including Trisha Krishnan, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Mysskin, Madonna Sebastian, George Maryan, Mansoor Ali Khan, Priya Anand and Mathew Thomas in key roles.

Though Leo had opened to average reviews from the audience, it didn't affect the box office reaction of the movie. The movie saw an impressive start at the box office with a collection of Rs 64.8 and has managed to cross Rs 300 crores mark at the box office during the second weekend. However, Leo has witnessed a massive drop during the second Monday.

According to a report published in Sacnilk, Leo will be seeing around 61% drop in collections and will be earning Rs 6.39 crores today (day 12/ second Monday). If the reports turned out to be true, the overall collection of Rs 309.93 crores.

Meanwhile, Leo has been thriving at the worldwide box office as well. After all, it has managed to cross Rs 500 crores mark within six days of release. Reportedly, the movie has earned Rs 506.4 crores in six days worldwide and has emerged as the fastest Tamil film to achieve the milestone. Earlier, talking about this much anticipated Thalapthy Vijay starrer action thriller, Lokesh Kanagraj said, "Leo is a very special film for me. I have tried something experimental. I have no words to describe the amount of work that Vijay anna put in for this movie. And I am eager to show everything to the audience".
