Leo First Review: Thalapathy Vijay- Lokesh Kanagaraj's Action-Thriller 'Has Come Out Very Well', Deets Inside

Thalapathy Vijay's upcoming action entertainer LEO, written and directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj hit the headlines again. The much-hyped project which features Trisha as the female lead, marking another collaboration of the most successful on-screen pairs, is going to release on October 19, 2023.

LEO marks the collaboration of not only Trisha and Vijay after 12 years but also of Vijay and director Lokesh. There are sky-high expectations for the film due to the abovementioned reasons. In addition, LEO will be released for the Dussehra festival, making it even more special.

Leo Sets A Record By Selling Over 10 K Tickets In A Day!

After the advance booking sales began, the high-octane action entertainer sold a whopping 10,000 tickets in a single day in the UK alone. The movie began setting records in the USA, the UK, Australia, and other parts of the world in its advance booking trends. Back in India, the movie is soaring high and is poised for a double-digit opening in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Bengaluru, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

Popular film critic and enthusiast Ramesh Bala did the honor of letting out a piece of exciting information about Thalapathy Vijay's Leo. The movie's advance booking sales already began and now the first review is out.

Lalit Kumar, who is producing the movie under his Seven Screen Studio banner attended the first look event of Maharaja movie. He then remarked that he watched Lokesh Kanagaraj-Thalapathy Vijay's Leo's first half. Sharing this information, Ramesh Bala wrote, "I watched #LEO First half.. It has come out very well.." (sic)

Leo stars Vijay, Trisha, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Arjun, Mysskin, Mansoor Ali Khan, Mathew Thomas, Priya Anand, Kiran Rathore, Sandy Master, Babu Antony, George Maryan, and Abhirami Venkatachalam among others in prominent roles.

Leo is produced by SS Lalit Kumar and Jagadish Palanisamy under the Seven Screen Studio banner on a budget of about Rs 300 Crore. Philomin Raj and Manoj Paramahamsa are working as the film's editor and cinematographer. Anirudh Ravichander is composing the entire film's soundtrack and music.
