LEO OTT: Lokesh Kanagaraj-Thalapathy Vijay's Leo Digital Dubbing Rights Fetch A Whopping Amount! Deets Inside

Lokesh Kanagaraj, the young and talented director who gave the Kollywood film industry one of its remarkable successes with Ulagayanayagan Kamal Haasan, is now working with his 'Master' actor, Thalapathy Vijay. The movie, which was titled LEO, with a tagline that reads 'Bloody Sweet', is on the sets currently. The shooting of the film, which stars Trisha as the female lead is happening at a lightning speed.

The makers of the film are announcing several updates about the movie and fans couldn't ask for more. Making videos, posters, behind-the-camera scenes, introduction videos of the actors, and shooting shenanigans of LEO are all over the internet.

Given the combination of the cast and crew, LEO, as and when it was announced had made a terrific pre-release business deal. It made a record Rs 200 Crore business even before the film was officially launched.

Now the latest update about the non-theatrical rights of LEO has surfaced. As per the reports, the dubbing rights of LEO for OTT Netflix were acquired for more than an amount of Rs 75 Crore. The film's audio rights were sold for Rs 19 Crore.

LEO Cast

LEO stars Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt in a crucial role. Along with him, the cast includes Arjun, Priya Anand, Mysskin, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Mansoor Ali Khan, Sandy Master, Mathew Thomas, Babu Antony, Manobala, Janany Kunaseelan, George Maryan, Abhirami Venkatalachalam, and Kathir playing key characters in the film.

The movie is written by Lokesh Kanagaraj along with Rathna Kumar and Deeraj Vaidy. SS Lalit Kumar and Jagadish Palanisamy are producing the film under the Seven Screen Studio banner. Manoj Paramahamsa is cranking the camera while Philomin Raj is working as its editor. Anirudh Ravichander is composing the film's entire background score and tunes.

LEO Budget

LEO is being made on an estimated budget of about Rs 250 Crore to Rs 300 Crore. The movie is made in Tamil but will be released in all major south-Indian languages.

LEO Release

Thalapathy Vijay's LEO directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj is aiming to hit the screens for the Dasara/Vijayadasami festival on October 19.
