Leo Release Date & Time On Netflix: The most hyped and much-awaited action entertainer of 2023, Lokesh Kanagaraj's directorial Thalapathy Vijay-starrer LEO finally hit the screens amid sky-high expectations on October 19 worldwide. The movie hit the screens in Tamil and Telugu to an amazing response. The movie is nearing Rs 500 Crore gross worldwide, and is the third film of Vijay to achieve Rs 300 Crore mark within a short span. The movie by its 12-days run at the theatres in India (Tamil and Telugu) earned about Rs 309.93 Crore. The team of Leo are ready to celebrate it with 'Leo Success Bash'

The reviews for this action-thriller started early, and the first half of Leo is terrific. The movie has its loose points, especially in the second half with unnecessary drag of action sequences and a weak flashback. However, the cinema viewing experience of Lokesh Kanagaraj's films is unmatched. The movie is setting new records with each passing day. Recently, speaking at the trailer and audio release event of Karthi's Japan, Lokesh Kanagaraj said, "I take full responsibility for Leo's second half. But, Leo is the biggest opener for my career till date."

Leo is the second collaboration between Vijay and Lokesh. The fans also witnessed the coming together of Kollywood's favourite on-screen couple Thalapathy Vijay and Trisha after 14 years. Leo achieved its first break-even in Telugu, within four days of its theatrical release, even amid mixed reactions and competition.

Despite mixed responses from fans and critics, Thalapathy Vijay's Leo is marching steadily ahead at the box office all over the world in both Tamil and Telugu. The movie has so far earned about Rs 506.4 Crore within a week. It is the first film to achieve break-even in the Dussehra releases in Telugu. Leo is the fastest Tamil film to cross Rs 500 Crore mark in worldwide gross. On its 10th day at the box office, Leo is estimated to make about Rs 283.61 Crore from Tamil and Telugu versions all over India.

The digital streaming rights for Thalapathy Vijay's Leo have been secured for a lucrative amount by none other than this OTT giant, Netflix India. The movie will only make its digital streaming debut after its successful theatrical run. Going by the craze, the movie will only hit the platform after a minimum of five weeks. In all likelihood, Lokesh Kanagaraj's directorial will start streaming from the last week of November. The official date of streaming is decided as Novermber 21 and Netflix itself announced the same. Fans are thrilled about the official announcement of the streaming date and couldn't wait for the day to arrive.

Along with Thalapathy Vijay and Trisha as the lead characters, the movie stars Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Sarja, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Mansoor Ali Khan, Mysskin, Mathew Thomas, Priya Anand, Sandy Master, Abhirami Venkatachalam, Denzil Smith, Anurag Kashyap, Madonna Sebastian, and Iyal among others in key roles. Late Manobala will be seen in the film, which will be his last appearance.
