Lokesh Kanagarj's upcoming action-thriller with Thalapathy Vijay is titled Leo. The first look and title reveal video which was released recently received a positive response from the fans, although it was complained to be similar to Nagarjuna's Telugu film Ghost.
Leo's shooting is happening at a fast pace. Trisha Krishnan is the female lead in the movie. Writer-directors Mysskin and Gautham Menon are playing key roles in the movie along with a plethora of actors playing different characters.

Another interesting news about Leo that hit the headlines. It says Bigg Boss 6 fame Janany is part of the film and is likely to be seen playing the role of Vijay's daughter. The Kollywood media circle is abuzz with this piece of news and they are making the prediction based on Janany's recent interview.
When asked about her role in Leo, Janany, the 23-year-old Srilankan actress tried to avoid answering it. She was then quizzed if she is playing Vijay's daughter, to which she simply smiled. Also, during the official launch of the project, a seven years old child Iyal, daughter of actor Arjunan was seen on the stage posing with the main cast and crew. All these details led the people and fans to believe that Vijay will play the role of a father in the movie.
Veteran Bollywood star Sanjay Dutt, action king Arjun Sarja, Priya Anand, Mathew Thomas, Manobala, Sandy master, Janany Kunaseelan, and Mansoor Ali Khan among others play crucial roles. The makers of Leo want to release the movie all over the world on October 19 this year.
Leo's story is written by Lokesh along with Rathna Kumar and Deeraj Vaidy. The cinematography and editing of the film are handled by Manoj Paramahamsa and Philomin Raj respectively. Anirudh Ravichander is composing the entire soundtrack and music for Leo. SS Lalit Kumar and Jagadish Palanisamy are bankrolling the movie under the Seven Screen Studio banner.
