Maamannan Box Office Collection Day 1 Prediction: Mari Selvaraj's Maamannan is expected to collect a whopping amount of Rs. 10 Crores worldwide approximately at the box office on its day one. Early reports says that the pre-booking collection alone has crossed Rs. 6 Crores.

This is considered to be the career best collection for Udhayanidhi Stalin. It is important to note that the film faced severe criticism and poor pre-bookings till yesterday afternoon. It is also said that only after the appreciation tweet of actor Dhanush, many fans from Tamil Nadu booked their tickets for the film Maamannan.

The film is reported to be made on an overall budget of Rs. 35 crores. Considering the budget, the day one collection reports are too good and it will definitely make a good profit for the producer of the film.

Actor Kamal Haasan has congratulated the film crew as the movie MaAmannan is releasing in theaters today (June 29). Regarding this, Kamal Haasan said on his Twitter page, "All human beings are equal is my view. Congratulations to the Maamannan who adds strength to my opinion."

Earlier, the director of Maamannan, Mari Selvaraj, posted on his Twitter page, "I express my gratitude from the bottom of my heart to artist Kamal Haasan, who embraced me and my work with great love and faith."

Similarly, the hero of the film, Udhayanidhi Stalin, has posted on his Twitter page, "On behalf of the team of Maamannan, we express our sincere gratitude to the Universal Hero Kamal Haasan, who participated in the audio launch ceremony of the movie Maamannan."

Directed by Mari Selvaraj, Udhayanidhi Stalin and Vadivelu starrer Maamannan. AR Rahman has composed the music for this film starring Fahadh Faasil, Keerthy Suresh and others. The film is produced by Red Giant Movies. Cinematography for the film is done by Theni Easwar.
