Kollywood's lady superstar Nayanthara and her multi-talented filmmaker husband Vignesh Shivan celebrated Onam in style with their twin boys for the first time. The couple dropped adorable pictures from their celebrations on social media.

On August 27, Vignesh Shivan shared a set of pictures on his Instagram, through which he lets out major infomration about his and Nayanthara's personal and professional lives. He shared a picture of them both once and then another set of pictures including their children. Posting them online, the Rathamarey lyricist wrote, "First Onam with my Uyir & Ulagam 😇❤️🙏

He also wrote, "In our very simple, beautiful life ! A beautiful, simple moment which feels special ❤️😇 ONAM festivities begin here ❤️😇 with my Uyirs & Ulagamsss 😇❤️ wishing everyone in advance a very happy ONAM 😇❤️🥳🎉🎉🥰🥰, (sic)."

Going by the pictures, Nayanthara and Vignesh enjoyed a sumptuous Onam Sadya at home with their boys dressed in veshtis. The duo colour coordinated their outfits in Kora Whites to keep up with the tradition.

The Jawan actress got married to Vignesh Shivan formally on June 9, 2022. They legally became man and wife six years prior to the actual wedding celebration that took place at a resort in Mahabalipuram. They then welcomed twin boys through surrogacy on October 9, 2022, four months after their wedding. Their wedding and becoming parents stirred up a controversy.
