Nayanthara & Vignesh Shivan Share Full Names Of Twin Baby Boys Uyir & Ulagam; Fans REACT To Uniqueness In Them

Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan are the Kollywood's one of the most adorable couples. The actress-director duo never stop dropping couple goals through their pictures, public appearances, and occasional PDA. They are currently spending time with their new born twin sons and are loving the happy phase of their lives.

At a recently hosted film awards ceremony in Chennai, actress-producer Nayanthara shared the full names of her two sons on the stage. Upon asking her for the names, she revealed that the elder one is named Uyir Rudronil N Shivan, and the younger one is Ulag Dhaiveg N Shivan.

Meanwhile, Vignesh Shivan posted a silhouette picture of Nayanthara holding one of the babies in her arms, looking out of the window revealing the names. In another picture, the family of four are seen basking in the golden hour by the same spot. He also shared an interesting detail about the names and told that the N in their names stands for beautiful mother in the world, Nayanthara. "We are proud and happy to announce our babies' names :) our blessings and happiness," said Vignesh.

The couple, who got married in a traditional Hindu-style wedding at a resort in Mahabalipuram on June 9, 2022, announced the arrival of their twin baby boys on October 9.

Their announcement stirred controversy, and many objections was raised by a certain section of people who wanted a proper and purposeful usage of surrogacy. However, when a case was registered with the police and the matter went to court, the couple submitted their legal wedding registration document which was dated six years ago. The issue around their surrogacy misuse settled down.

Meanwhile, Vignesh Shivan, who announced his next after Kaathuvakkula Redu Kaadal with Thala Ajith as AK 62, was dissolved. Ajith later went on to announce his 62nd project with director Magizh Thirumeni.

Vignesh Shivan is next going to make a film Wikki 4 very soon and the official announcement is still pending. Meanwhile, Nayanthara, who was last seen in a horror-thriller titled Connect, under her production will be next seen in Bollywood Badshah Shah Rukh Khan's Tamil debut 'Jawan', under the direction of Atlee Kumar. The film marks the Bollywood debut of Nayanthara.
