Brilliant Screenplay

Debutant director Vignesh Raja's crime thriller movie Por Thozhil released last Friday (June 9, 2023) to great acclaim, encouraging efforts to make quality films on a very low budget. Por Thozhil has been compared to Kollywood's famous crime thriller Ratchasan because of the brilliant screenplay.

Ashok Selvan as Prakash and Sarath Kumar as Lokanathan, did their job neatly in the film. Nikhila Vimal, PL Thenappan, Nizhalgal Ravi, OAK Sundar, Santhosh Keezhathur, Sunil Sukatha, Harish Kumar and many others acted in prominent roles in the film.

When the teaser was released, film critics expressed hope that the film would do well at the box office.
