Rajinikanth Movie Editor R Vittal Passes Away: Rajinikanth has become a superstar because of his perfect commercial journey. Director SP Muthuraman stood by him on the commercial road. Most of the films he directed was edited by R Vittal. He has worked in 71 films with SP Muthuraman.
300 Films As Editor
R Vittal has edited many Tamil films starring Superstar Rajinikanth and Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan. Vittal has worked as a film editor for more than 300 films in total, including super hit films such as Aadu Puli Aattam, Japanil Kalyanaraman, Padikadhavan, Muratukkaalai, Vikram, Nallavanukku Nallavan, Payum Puli, Raja Chinna Roja, Sarvar Sundaram.
Likewise, Vittal has worked as a film editor for AVM Studio for many years. He edited many films not only in Tamil but also in Telugu and Hindi. Above all, it is important to note that Vittal has been the editor for 18 films starring Nadigar Thilagam Shivaji Ganesan.
Vittal Also Directed Films
Vittal has also directed some films such as Mudisoodaa Mannan starring Jaishankar, Thottathellam Ponnaagum, AVM Rajan starring Veetukku Vandha Marumagal and Muthaana Muthallavo. It is noteworthy that these films received decent reception.
In such a situation, 91-year-old Vittal was diagnosed with cancer. Due to this he was being treated. He lived in Kodambakkam under the care of his daughter. In this case, he suffered a heart attack and died. Film fraternity is paying tribute and condolence for his death. Vittal's wife and son have already passed away.
