Robo Shankar Weight Loss: Friend Bose Venkat REVEALS He Has Medical Issues

Robo Shankar, boss venkat

Tamil actor Robo Shankar has been making the headlines more often in the recent past. His significant weight loss is the reason behind him occupying the headlines. While his wife Priyanka has said that there was nothing wrong with his health and that his weight loss was intentional, a new update has now emerged from Robo Shankar's close friend and popular actor, Bose Venkat.

In an interview with Behindwoods, he said, "There are some issues in his health but he has recovered significantly well. There are people who live hale and healthy even after smoking two packets of cigarettes per day and then there are people who get severe organ damage just by smoking for a week. So, it depends on person to person. Are all those who spoke about Shankar healthy and have no diseases? It is becoming a huge topic of discussion because he is popular and he is an actor."

He further added, "Robo Shankar has taken medications and he has almost recovered now. He will start acting in a few days, and in no time, he will be back to form. There is no need to worry about him." Nevertheless, Bose Venkat did not reveal what disease he was suffering from. When the anchor asked if he had jaundice, Venkat did not answer the question and brushed it off.

For the unversed, Bose Venkat and Robo Shankar are best friends and they have been having a close association for years. Venkat also added that he met Shankar recently during his daughter Indhuja's birthday.

While this gives us some clarification, it still contradicts the information given by Robo Shankar's wife Priyanka, who said that the weight loss was intentional and he was preparing for a movie. However, from the information received so far, it looks like fans don't have to worry about Shankar as he is healthy now.
