Roja Husband RK Selvamani Responds To Pawan Kalyan: Film Employees Federation of South India (FEFSI) Chairman and actress turned politician Roja's husband RK Selvamani has given a response to Pawan Kalyan's statement about Tamil film industry.

FEFSI's New Rule

A few days ago, FEFSI announced new rules that only Tamil technicians should be used in Tamil films and shooting of Tamil films should be done in Tamil Nadu itself. It has been announced that shooting in foreign countries should be avoided unless absolutely necessary.

Criticizing the announcement by FEFSI, Telugu film industry's leading actor Pawan Kalyan spoke at the Bro audio launch event. In it, he said that there are people from the Tamil film industry who have a narrow minded attitude that people from Tamil Nadu should work only in Kollywood cinema. His speech sparked controversy in not only in Tamil film indyutrsy but also across India.

RK Selvamani's Direct Reply To Pawan Kalyan

In response to Pawan Kalyan's accusation, RK Selvamani has given an interview to a leading media portal. He said "The Pan Indian films are not only being made in Tamil, but they are making it in all languages. Films like KGF, Kanthara, RRR, Pathan were released. Which Tamil artist acted in it and which Tamil technician worked?

We only demanded that Tamil films to use Tamil workers, what is narrow minded in this? There are 40 percent Telugu workers in Tamil cinema, 20 percent Malayalam workers and actors are working here. But can you tell me the number of Tamil technicians and actors working in Telugu films? Who are narrow minded?

You cannot talk about anything just because you have got the mic. Telugu and Malayalam workers are working in Tamil films and thus, you are not qualified to advise us."
