In the post, Shalini wrote, "Thank you for your interest in my recent photoshoot. I want to clarify that I am not ready for any interviews at this time. The photoshoot was not for publicity but rather to send a message to the fellow women who may be in similar situation. I wanted to use my voice to empower those who may feel voiceless. Thank you for understanding. Also, I want to take a moment and thank everyone who supported my photoshoot and the reason behind it. While there have been some who have criticized my action, I understand that unless someone has walked in my shoes, they may not fully understand the struggles and challanges I may have faced. My hope is that through sharing my story, I may help other women who may be experiencing similar situations. Thank you again for your support."
