Siddharth REVEALS How Genelia’s Mother Reacted When The Iconic N*ked Scene Was Shot In Boys

South star Siddharth is presently busy with the promotional activities of his upcoming movie Takkar. While promoting the movie, Siddharth has also been getting candid in interviews recalling past memories and revealing some interesting stories. In a recent interview, Siddharth recalled how Genelia's mother reacted when the iconic n*ked scene was shot for his first movie, Boys.

Explaining what happened during the shooting of the scene, he said in a candid way, "I wore two types of under garments for that scene and one of the garments was attached to my body. When I took it off for the scene, the mother of the heroine did not expect it. She ran away the moment we started shooting the scene."

For the unversed, Boys directed by Shankar stars Siddharth as the male lead, while Genelia D'Souza played the female lead. The aforementioned scene involves Siddharth's Munna taking off his cloths and running in Chennai's Mount Road in order to impress Genelia's Harini. The scene was the movie's turning point and it received criticisms and backlash from fans when the film was released.

Apart from Siddharth and Genelia, the film also features Bharath, Nakul, Manikandan, S Thaman, Sendhil, and the late actor Vivek in lead roles. The film revolves around college students, who fight against their families to get together with their lovers. How they strive hard in life to become successful musicians makes up for the rest of the movie.

Speaking of Takkar, the Telugu movie is directed by Karthik G Krish. It has Divyansha Kowshik as the leading lady. Tamil actors Yogi Babu, Mushnishkanth, and Abimanyu Singh play important roles in the movie. The highly-anticipated film will hit the theaters on June 9. Meanwhile, Siddharth recently made the headlines when he was asked about his love life, to which he slammed the journalist who asked the question.
