Brinda Master's new action film 'Thugs' is releasing today. Choreographer Brinda Master had directed the movie 'Hey Sinamika' starring Dulquer Salmaan. Her first film as a director was well received among the audience. Now she has came up with her second film in direction. The film has been titled as 'Thugs'. Hindi actor Hridhu Haroon plays the lead role. This is the official remake of the Malayalam film Swathanthryam Ardharathriyil.

Bobby Simha, Muneeskanth, Appani Sarath, actresses Anaswara Rajan and Ramya Shankar played important roles. Sam CS composed the background music for the film.

The film is co-produced by Rhea Shibu and M Mumdas in association with Zeo Studios. The film is releasing in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi languages. The film revolves around the lives of some gangs living in the Kanyakumari area and has many violent scenes in it.
