Trisha Krishnan and Surya to get married in November? Here’s what we know

Controversy's favorite kid AL Surya is back on the headlines. Surya, who calls himself a politician, is known for making statements about his relationship with Tamil superstar Trisha Krishnan. From time to time, he appears in interviews talking about the 96 star. Now, a new report has come up, which says that he allegedly 'revealed' about his wedding plans with Trisha.

Apparently, he and Trisha are set to tie the knots in November. To note, Trisha has never spoken about AL Surya as she clearly has not taken his allegations seriously. So, these reports about her marriage with Surya may bear no truth and they are nothing but baseless allegations.

On the acting front, Trisha will be next seen in the historical fiction, Ponniyin Selvan 2. She will be seen playing the role of Kundhavai Nachiyar, a Chola queen. The film is awaiting release on April 28. Directed by ace filmmaker Mani Ratnam, Ponniyin Selvan 2 also stars Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Chiyaan Vikram, Jayam Ravi, and Karthi as the co-leads. Apart from these actors, an ensemble of star cast including the likes of Prabhu, Parthiban, Sarathkumar, Ashwin Kakamanu, Aishwarya Lekshmi, and Sobhita Dhulipala, to name a few. The first part, released on September 30, 2022, received a huge positive response from fans and critics alike and the movie went on to make and break box office records.

For the unversed, Ponniyin Selvan franchise is an onscreen adaptation of the Tamil novel of the same name. The historical fiction follows the life of the kings and queens of the Chola kingdom.

Trisha also has a film with Thalapathy Vijay titled Leo. Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, the film is one of the highly awaited projects of Kollywood, and fans have been waiting to witness the reunion of Trisha and Vijay on screen after a long time.
