Trisha On Ponniyin Selvan 2: "Love Scenes Between Me & Karthi In The Sequel Are Enthralling, Our Chemistry...'

Trisha, who is reverse-aging like a fine wine, is stealing our thunder with each appearance she has been making of late. The petite and pretty Kundavai of Ponniyin Selvan enthralled her fans at the recent event of the PS 2 promotional campaign in Coimbatore.

Speaking at the promotional event that the team Ponniyin Selvan 2 kick-started from Coimbatore, Trisha said, " It's been a while. I have always loved three things about Coimbatore. Firstly the Kongu Tamizh which I find very cute. I love the amazing food here and today, Vanthiyadevan (Karthi) who knows the city well took the honours of feeding us lunch, an amazing spread. Lastly, I like the vibe here. It's always very calm and in a good way."

Trisha further elaborated on Piratti Kundavai Devi aka Kundavai and Vanthiyadevan's love track from the much-awaited sequel PS 2. She reportedly said, "The chemistry between me and Karthi in our respective roles was exciting and our love track came out really well. I'm pretty sure fans will love it."

Ponniyin Selvan 2 is gearing up for a worldwide huge theatrical release on April 28. The filmmakers are going to organize a press meet in Delhi on April 18, setting off on a whirlwind promotional tour. Chiyaan Vikram, Jayam Ravi, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Sobhita Dhulipala, and Karthi have taken part in the Coimbatore tour while Mani Ratnam, Vikram, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Karthi, and Sobhita will address the media in New Delhi.

The audio of PS2 composed by AR Rahman, which marks yet another epic collaboration of Mani Ratnam and ARR, was released a few days ago to a thumping response on YouTube. However, the buzz around one of the high-budget historical films ever made in the South industry still needs to be amplified.

Trisha, on the other hand, is also part of the prestigious film Thalapathy 67 titled LEO. The film brings together the hit-on-screen combination of Vijay and Trisha after a decade. Director Lokesh Kanagaraj is helming the film.
