UNEXPECTED: Is THIS The Reason For Gopi’s Exit From Vijay TV’s Baakiyalakshmi?

It was recently announced that the Tamil series Baajikalakshmi will no longer have Sathish Kumar on board, who plays an important role Gopi. While no official confirmation was made by the makers or the actor for his exit, fans have been speculating various reasons for his decision. Though we don't know the real reason yet, reports about the same are surfacing online.

Accordingly, Sathish decided to quit the show as his scenes have become very limited. Though he is the lead male actor, the show's central characters are the two leading ladies: Reshma Pasupuleti and KS Suchithra. And in the recent past, Sathish's presence was reduced even more. Some reports also suggest that his presence at the Vijay TV awards was shortened which was why he decided not to be with the team anymore. Nevertheless, let us wait until the makers issue a clarification.

A few days back, Sathish Kumar shared an Instagram story and announced his exit from the show. He wrote, "Hello everyone, I want to inform you all that I officially quit the Baakiyalakshmi serial... Thank you for giving me Gopi in the Baakiyalakshmi serial... I really miss everyone on the set. The serial gave life to my career. My special thanks to the director Siva Sekar, and David sir. Love you all, see you on another project Thank you."

For those who don't know, Sathish is a well-known face in both the television and film industry. He started his career in acting with the Tamil movie, Minsara Poove in the 1990s. He also played small roles in popular movies such as Thani Oruvan, and Iru Mugan. He also played the lead role in the biopic of the late Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, MG Ramachandran. He made his TV debut in Manthira Vaasal and also he acted in various series like Sulam, Kalyana Parisu 2, and Anandham.
