Veeran Box Office Collection Day 1 Prediction: HipHop Tamizha's Superhero Film Opens Amid Buzz But....

Veeran is the latest Tamil superhero film written and directed by ARK Saravanan. The movie features Hiphop Tamizha Adhi in the lead role. The action drama was met with a lukewarm response at the box office.

Veeran Story

The movie is about a teenage boy Kumaran, who belongs to Veeranor village. He is just 15 years old and gets struck by lightning. He slips into a partial coma for a while and wakes up only to realize that he has attained some superpowers including mind control, from the lightning.

Veeran Cast

The movie stars musician duo Hiphop Tamizha in the lead roles. Vinay Rai, Kaali Venkat, and Munishkanth are other prominent actors who played crucial characters in the film. In addition, the movie features Athira Raj, Sassi Selvaraj, Bose Venkat, Jeeva Ravi, Chinni Jyanth, and R Badree in other roles.

The movie which was released amid decent expectations couldn't live up to the expectations. On the opening day, the movie earned about Rs 50 Lakh against the budget of Rs 5 Crore.

Produced by TG Thyagarajan, Sendhil Thyagarajan and Arjun Thyagarajan under their Sathya Jyothi Films banner, this ARK Saravanan directorial has music by the film's lead pair Hiphop Tamizha themselves. Deepak D Menon cranked the camera while Prasanna GK worked as its editor. Sakthi Film Factory distributed the movie.
