Vishal Warns Small Budget Producers To Stay Away: Mark Antony starring Vishal, SJ Suriya, Ritu Varma, Sunil, Selvaraghavan is a time travel gangster film and it became a hit at the box office.

The success party was held in Chennai recently. The crew including Vishal, SJ Suriya, Adhik Ravichandran were present. Speaking at the function, Vishal said:

"When Adhik was narrated the story, I said that we can start shooting immediately. It is the highest budget film. In cinema, the negative thing comes out first. When I said that I am doing a film with Adhik, many people said, 'Why are you acting in his direction?' I said 'I like the story. I have faith in Adhik.'

All of them are now saying, 'Good film, Adhik has done a good job'. Everyone is like that until Thursday. What matters here is what Friday achieves. Adhik has achieved it. This is like his first film. His journey will begin from now on. Acting with SJ Surya in this film was a great experience. I learned a lot from him. After 16 years I got a big hit with this film. Fans celebrate in the theater. It's happy." said Vishal.

Boycott Actor Vishal

Vishal later replied to the question asked by the journalists, "Please don't come to make a film with Rs 1 crore to Rs 4 crore in hand. You won't even get a penny back. This is the truth. Buy a land with that money. Already 120 movies are waiting for release. So please don't come for another 2 years."

Independant film makers and small budget film producers who got angry about this statement of Vishal are strongly opposing his thoughts. One of them said, "It was too bad.. Vishal was nothing without a small film producer. There are no big stars without a small producer. Many good commercial actors started with low budget in the initial period and now their collections are more than 50 crores.

Think back to the past and open your mouth to the media. As you have a position in the Nadigar Sangam, you should encourage small producers and introduce many talented actors/producers/directors to Tamil film industry, but your activities are very poor."

Filmmaker Hari Uthraa shared on his facebook page, "My respect for Vishal is gone... Don't want to waste time arguing... From today Boycott Actor Vishal.."
