Writer Murugavel Slams Mani Ratnam & Jeyamohan; Says 'They Imposed Hidutva Ideology In Ponniyin Selvan 2'

Hindutva Ideology In PS2: Writer Ra Murugavel has criticized that Mani Ratnam and Jayamohan have imposed a Hindu view in the second part of PonniYin Selvan, which was released last week.

"There are enough reasons to think that Ponniyin Selvan is history. In the first part, Neelakanda Shastri's history of Chola is given as it is. Apart from this, the Chola-Pandiyar wars and the Chola-Rattira Koodar keep coming. Historical organizations such as Kai Kola Padai, Velaikkara Padai will be there.
