Amaran Theatrical Trailer Release Date & Time: Directed by Rajkumar Periasamy with Sivakarthikeyan and Sai Pallavi in lead roles, 'Amaran' is the latest biographical war action drama based on the life of Ashoka Chakra winner Major Mukund Varadarajan. The movie is based on the book 'India's Most Fearless: True Stories of Modern Military' written by Shiv Aroor and Rahul Singh.
Amaran is gearing up for a theatrical release worldwide in multiple languages on October 31. Made on a budget of about Rs 200 Crore by Kamal Haasan's production house in association, Amaran movie's theatrical trailer is ready to enthral the fans.
Amaran Completes Censor Formalities
As the makers of the film have intensified the promotional activity for Amaran, the latest update is that the movie finished its censor formalities locked the runtime and got a certificate.

Officially, the makers of the film revealed that the theatrical glimpse of Sivakarthikeyan and Sai Pallavi-starrer movie is going to be released on October 23 at 6 PM.
Amaran Cast
Along with Sivakarthikeyan who plays the role of Major Mukund 'Maddy' Varadarajan, the movie stars Sai Pallavi as Indhu Rebecca Varghese, Mukund's wife, Bhuvan Arora as Vikram Singh, Rahul Bose as Colonel Amit Singh Dabas, Lallu as Ravi Shankar, Shreekumar as Michael, Shyam Mohan as Indhu's brother, Ajaey Naga Raaman, Mir Salmaan, and Gaurav Venkatesh among others in key roles.
Amaran Crew
The movie was produced by Kamal Haasan, R. Mahendran, and Vivek Krishnani jointly under the Raaj Kamal Films International and Sony Pictures Films India banners. Red Giant Movies is distributing the movie. Ch. Sai worked as the cinematographer and R. Kalaivanan was the editor of the film. G.V. Prakash Kumar scored the movie's entire music and tunes.
Major Mukund Varadarajan was a recipient of the Ashoka Chakra posthumously. He was a commissioned officer in the Rajput Regiment of the Indian Army. His gallantry in a counterterrorism operation was widely discussed which led to his martyrdom during a search operation in South Kashmir.
