Andhagan OTT Release: Andhagan is a Tamil black comedy crime thriller written and directed by Thiagarajan, with dialogues by Pattukkottai Prabakar. Produced by Shanthi Thiagarajan and Preethi Thiagarajan under the Staar Movies banner, the film stars Prashanth in the lead role, supported by a talented ensemble cast including Simran, Priya Anand, Karthik, Samuthirakani, Urvashi, Yogi Babu, K. S. Ravikumar, Vanitha Vijayakumar, and Manobala. A remake of the 2018 Hindi film Andhadhun, the story follows a blind pianist who unwittingly gets caught up in a murder mystery.

In 2019, Thiagarajan acquired the rights to remake Andhadhun, with Mohan Raja initially slated to direct in 2020. After Mohan Raja exited the project, J.J. Fredrick briefly assumed the directorial role before Thiagarajan took over. Principal photography commenced in March 2021, mainly in Chennai, and concluded in November 2022. With music by Santhosh Narayanan, cinematography by Ravi Yadav, and editing by Sathish Suriya, Andhagan hit theaters on August 9, 2024, following production delays caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
