Co-written and directed by Sundar C, the movie, which is a fourth installment in the popular Aranmanai series was met with positive reviews.

Aranmanai 4 is the first biggest hit of Kollywood in 2024 and the movie's Telugu dubbed version is titled 'Baak.' This film which is centered around the concept of a mother's spirit protecting her children from evil spirits, is winning appreciation for its VFX, story telling, and performances. This comedy-horror film stars Sundar C, Tamannaah, Raashii Khanna, Santhosh Prathap, Ramachandra Raju, Kovai Srala, Yogi Babu, VTV Ganesh, Vennela Kishore, Srinivasa Reddy, K.S.
