Bigg Boss Tamil 7 pulled its curtains down with a quite happening grand finale and it was VJ Archana lifted the trophy. The popular reality show, which was hosted by Kamal Haasan, saw history in the making as VJ Archana became the first wild card contestant to clinch the title in the history of Bigg Boss Tamil. Interestingly, she has been one of the most talked about contestants on the show.

As Archana had won millions of hearts with her strong game on Bigg Boss Tamil 7, she also garnered a massive fan following with her participation as well. In fact, the reports of Archana winning Bigg Boss Tamil 7 started doing the rounds on social media almost a week before the finale. Needless to say, fans have voted in large numbers for the Raja Rani 2 actress.

As per the voting trends shared by Studybizz, Archana was leading with over 50% votes followed by Manichandra and Maya Krishnan. But did you know there was a massive gap between the votes received by Archana to that of Manichandra and Maya? As per Studybizz, Maya received 23054 votes while Manichandra received 35184 votes. On the other hand, Archana received 109468 votes which is almost double the number if votes received by Manichandra and Maya combined.

Meanwhile, talking about her journey, Archana stated, "I always wondered why people keep ask me to change my attitude. I thought why am I being asked to change. So, I first wanted to realise who I am. Because I am different from others. I have been bullied and criticised. When I entered Bigg Boss, some incidents happened which triggered a lot of past feelings. As usual, I wanted to run away from here. But for the first time, here, I wanted to stand up for myself. I resolved to stand up to people who bullied me. So, the same people who called me weak called me a tough contestant. The one who was weak is going out strong".
