Bigg Boss Tamil 8 Nomination Week 1: Bigg Boss Tamil 8, which had its grand premiere during the weekend, started with a bang and has come up with a lot of surprises for the audience. To begin with, the popular reality show is being hosted by Vijay Sethupathi for the first time. Besides it has come with an interesting list of contestants including names like Sunita Gogoi, Ranjit, Ravindar Chandrasekaran, Arnav, VJ Vishal, Sathya Sk etc. Interestingly, drama has been unfolded since the first day itself

To begin with, Bigg Boss Tamil 8 witnessed an elimination within 24 hours of the grand premiere. Yes! Sachana Namidass, who was the youngest contestant in the house, was eliminated by the housemates collectively. The elimination came as shock to Sachana's fans and the young actress, who was last in Vijay Sethupathi's Maharaja, was seen leaving the house in tears. But the game of Bigg Boss Tamil 8 has just begun as the show has seen its second nomination task of the season as well.

Bigg Boss Tamil 8 Nomination Task Details

Bigg Boss Tamil 8 witnessed an interesting nomination task wherein the contestants were called into the confession room and they had to nominate two contestants each. While Tharshika nominated Jacquline Lydia and Ranjit, Deepika Dinkar nominated Jacquline and Anshitha. On the other hand, Soundariya Nanjudan nominated Arun Prasad and Arnav while Muthukumaran Jegatheesan nominated Arun and Ranjit. Later RJ Ananthi chose to nominate Deepika and Arun, Sathya took Ravindar Chandrasekaran and Muthukumaran's name. This was followed by Jacquline nominating VJ Vishal and Sunita Gogoi, Gana Jeffry nominating Soundariya and Ravindar, Dharsha Gupta nominating Soundariya and Arnav, Arun nominating Ravindar and Soundariya, Anshitha nominating Soundariya and Ravindar, Ravindar nominating Anshitha and Jeffry, Vishal nominating Jacquline and Muthukumaran, Sunita nominating Jacquline and Ranjith, Arnav nominating Ravindar and Deepak and Ranjit taking Ravindar and Muthukumaran's names.

Post the nomination task, six contestants were nominated for elimination including Jacquline Lydia, Ravindar Chandrasekaran, Arun Prasad, Muthukumaran Jegatheesan, Soundariya Nanjundan and Ranjith. It is going to be a tough fight to escape the elimination in the first week.
