Demonte Colony 2: Vengeance of The Unholy Box Office Prediction: Arulnithi and Priya Bhavani Shankar-starrer R Ajay Gnanamuth's horror thriller Demonte Colony 2 is growing at the box office after its low-key release on August 15. The movie which enjoyed a steady first week is entering the second weekend super strong. The movie was released as a sequel to 2015 film Demonte Colony. Arulnithi, who reprised his role as Srinivasan secured one of the biggest hits of his career.

After its theatrical release, the movie earned highly positive reviews from critics and horror-film buffs. They complained of a slow-paced second half but overall gave a thumbs-up to the movie. The Telugu version of Demonte Colony 2 is going to be released by Mythri Movie Makers on August 23.
