Goat (Vijay's Goat) Release Date: Thalapathy Vijay-Venkat Prabhu's Actioner Will Hit The Screens On THIS Date

Thalapathy Vijay surprised his fans and the entire Kollywood industry with the announcement of his upcoming film referred to as 'Thalapathy 68' now titled 'The Greatest Of All Time (GOAT).' His collaboration with maverick filmmaker Venkat Prabhu raised the expectations for some and shocked a few.

From what was revealed from the makers of this exciting film, the movie is based on the concept of time travel and the actor will be seen in a dual role sporting two different looks.

The film's first look and poster were released on December 31, marking New Year's Day, to thrill the fans of the actor by announcing his dual role in the film titled 'The Greatest of All Time GOAT.'

In the first look poster, the actor was introduced in his identical two avatars in the uniform of a fighter jet pilot (except for the hairstyle). The tagline read, 'Light can devour the darkness but darkness cannot consume the light.'

The makers of the film are leaving no stone unturned to make the fans of Thalapathy Vijay happy by updating them about the film's shooting and post-production schedules, which are happening simultaneously. Owing to the film's genre and story, the post-production works will take a good time, say the insiders.

GOAT Release Date

Thalapathy Vijay's GOAT release date buzz is all over the internet. The latest update is that the makers of the film, which has its entire music and background score composed by none other than Venkat Prabhu's staple, Yuvan Shankar Raja, will hit the screens in June this year. The official date is yet to be announced, however.

The much-hyped movie stars an ensemble cast of Vijay, Prashanth, Prabhu Deva, Sneha, Laila, Meenakshi Chaudhary, Mohan, Jayaram, Ajmal Ameer, Yogi Babu, VTV Ganesh, Vaibhav, Premgi Amaren, Aravind Akash, and Ajay Raj among others in key roles.

Bankrolled by AGS Entertainment banner helmed by Kalpathi S Aghoram, Kalpathi S Ganesh, and Kalpathi S Suresh, the movie has its background score and entire music composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja. Siddhartha Nuni is cranking the camera and Venkat Raajen is working as the film's editor.
