Kanguva Cast and Crew

Initially announced in April 2019, Kanguva faced delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic and other scheduling issues before production resumed in August 2022. Shot across picturesque locations in Chennai, Goa, Kerala, Kodaikanal, and Rajahmundry, the film was completed in January 2024 after a 17-month shoot. With a budget ranging from ₹300 to ₹350 crore, Kanguva ranks as one of the most expensive Indian films ever made. The technical team features composer Devi Sri Prasad, cinematographer Vetri Palanisamy, and editor Nishadh Yusuf.

The film stars Suriya in dual roles as Kanguva and Francis Theodore, with Bobby Deol playing the antagonist, Udhiran, and Disha Patani portraying Angelina. The supporting cast includes Natarajan Subramaniam, K. S.
