Kanguva Box Office Collection Day 15 Early Updates: Kanguva has been one of the most talked about films of the year and for all the right reasons. From stunning cast to top-notch plot, the movie has served the right things to the audience. The Suriya fans are undoubtedly mesmerized seeing the superstar on the big screen. In terms of box office, the movie has done quite well for the first few days, however, the collection started to fall after that. On day 15, the movie saw further dip.

Suriya starrer minted Rs. 24 Cr on day 1, and continued see sharp fall after that. At the end of week 1, the movie has collected Rs. 64.3 Cr nett in India. As the week 2 comes to an end, the movie has minted Rs. 17 lakhs on 2nd Thursday as of 6pm on day 15. With this, the total India nett collection of the film stands at Rs. 68.87 Cr. On day 15, the movie saw a dip compared to its day-to-day collection on day 14 when it earned Rs. 30 lakhs seeing -30.23% fall when compared to the collection of Tuesday, when the movie earned Rs. 43 lakhs.

Kanguva stars Suriya, Bobby Deol, Disha Patani, Yogi Babu, among others. Helmed by Siva, the movie is produced by Studio Green and UV Creations. The movie also stars Suriya's brother, Karthi, in a cameo role. Earlier in an interview, Suriya revealed how the idea of Kanguva came in, "We have loved films like 'Braveheart', 'Lord of the Rings', 'Game of Thrones' or 'Apocalypto'. We have been mesmerised by them and watched them multiple times. The thought was 'When are we going to do such films?"

He also revealed, "Siva came up with this idea of what if we go back a few 100 years... What would happen if our people lived such life and had a complex situation? Let's picture that and that's how the whole thing came about."
